Terms & Conditions – 774pud Casino Philippines

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the 774pud website at https://774pud.cam and any associated mobile-optimized version, application, or interface.
• "Account" means the registered account held by a Player on the 774pud Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's 774pud Account wallet, inclusive of both real-money funds and any qualifying bonus credit.
• "Bonus Credit" means any promotional, welcome, reload, referral, or loyalty bonus issued by 774pud to a Player's Account, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and documentation verification process required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating and licensing gambling activities in the Philippines.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real money.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to or use of online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.

By accessing the Platform in any manner — including browsing, registering, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be legally bound by its terms. This Agreement takes effect on the date you first access the Platform and remains in force for the duration of your use.

774pud reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any portion of this Agreement at any time. Changes will be communicated through a notice on the Platform and/or via email to the address registered on your Account. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party or acting as an agent, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to this Agreement. In such cases, references to "you" shall include that third party.

To be eligible to register and use the 774pud Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age, the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines for casino-style games as determined by PAGCOR regulations.
2. You are a resident of the Philippines or are located in a jurisdiction where access to online gambling services is lawful.
3. You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
4. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
5. You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order from 774pud or any PAGCOR-administered self-exclusion program.
6. You have not previously had a 774pud Account terminated for breach of this Agreement or any applicable law.
7. You are of sound mind and are not suffering from a gambling addiction that would make opening an Account contrary to your personal welfare.

774pud reserves the right to request evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to the Company's satisfaction.

Each Player may register and maintain only one Account on the 774pud Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are prohibited from registering using false, misleading, or third-party identity information. 774pud may, at any time, request supporting documentation to verify the information provided during registration, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify 774pud immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. 774pud will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security practices.

774pud reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any Account at its sole discretion, including where registration appears to contravene this Agreement, applicable law, or PAGCOR regulations.

In accordance with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine anti-money laundering laws, all Players are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before any withdrawal may be processed. KYC documentation typically includes:

• A valid, government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, UMID, or driver's license).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay clearance).
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds into the Account (e.g., screenshot of GCash account details).

774pud reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time if required for enhanced due diligence. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals.

774pud maintains comprehensive anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) procedures in compliance with Philippine law. Any transaction that appears suspicious or unusual may be flagged, investigated, and reported to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the Player concerned.

774pud accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya. 774pud does not charge any deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

All deposits are credited to your Account in Philippine Peso (PHP). Funds deposited into your 774pud Account are held in a segregated player funds account and are not used for operational expenses.

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash / PayMaya: Average 15 minutes; maximum 2 hours.
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank bank transfer: Same business day; maximum next business day.
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days depending on issuing bank.

774pud reserves the right to impose additional verification steps before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. 774pud will not transfer funds to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the Player's name.

In the event that a Player's Account is suspended or under investigation, 774pud reserves the right to withhold pending withdrawal requests pending the resolution of the investigation.

774pud may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, referral bonuses, and loyalty rewards ("Promotions") to eligible Players. All Promotions are governed by these Terms and Conditions as well as any additional specific terms published alongside the relevant Promotion.

Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms:

• Bonus Credit is awarded separately from real-money Balance and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before it can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for the relevant promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Credit and any associated winnings.
• Bonus Credit may only be used on games explicitly listed as eligible in the promotion terms. Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type.
• A Player may only claim a welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in disqualification and account suspension.
• 774pud reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that ongoing wagering requirements already in progress will be honored under the original terms.

Any Player found to be abusing bonus programs — including through the use of betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements rather than engage in genuine gameplay — will have their Bonus Credit and associated winnings voided, and their Account may be permanently terminated.

Each game available on the 774pud Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before participating. 774pud is not responsible for losses resulting from a Player's failure to understand applicable game rules.

All games on the 774pud Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified to produce fair, random, and unbiased outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted in real-time by professionally trained dealers and are subject to the same fairness and integrity standards.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 774pud will apply its best efforts to recreate the game state from server logs and process the outcome accordingly. Where recreation of the game state is not possible, any wager placed during the interrupted round will be refunded to the Player's Account.

774pud reserves the right to void any wager or game round that was affected by technical errors, human error, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control. Such voids will result in the return of the wagered amount to the Player's Balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 774pud Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Balance, and/or referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any manner.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Cheating, exploiting bugs or errors in software, or interfering with the Platform's systems in any way.
• Registering or using an Account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other verification process.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory, including through the use of VPN, proxy, or anonymization services.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward 774pud staff or other players.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the source code of the Platform or any game.
• Creating more than one Account per individual.

All content, software, trademarks, trade names, logos, graphics, designs, game assets, and other intellectual property displayed on or accessible through the 774pud Platform are the exclusive property of 774pud or its licensors. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any license or right to use any intellectual property of 774pud without prior written consent.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without express written authorization from 774pud. Unauthorized use of 774pud's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

774pud collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA), and its implementing rules. The collection and use of your personal data are governed in detail by the 774pud Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference.

By creating an Account and accepting these Terms and Conditions, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data in accordance with the DPA, subject to any overriding legal obligations 774pud may have to retain your data.

774pud is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and protecting vulnerable individuals, including those with gambling disorders. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated alerts notify Players when they have been logged in for a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from the Platform by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 774pud, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses.

774pud's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

774pud does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 774pud makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit 774pud's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

774pud reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of this Agreement.
• You engage in any Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9.
• 774pud has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• You are found to be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• Regulatory or legal requirements compel 774pud to do so.

Upon termination for breach, 774pud reserves the right to forfeit any Balance remaining in the Account, including real-money funds, where such forfeiture is permitted by applicable law and proportionate to the breach in question. Where termination is for reasons other than a breach by the Player, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via the applicable payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may also close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting 774pud customer support. Voluntary account closure does not release you from any outstanding obligations to 774pud.

This Agreement, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and 774pud, you are encouraged to contact 774pud customer support in the first instance. Our support team will endeavor to resolve disputes informally within a reasonable timeframe. Disputes that cannot be resolved through customer support may be escalated to PAGCOR's formal complaint and dispute resolution process in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations.

Where formal legal proceedings are necessary, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

774pud reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to the Agreement will be communicated to Players via a notice posted on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, via email to the registered Account email address.

Amendments take effect from the date of publication unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.

It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms and Conditions. 774pud recommends checking this page prior to each gaming session to ensure you are aware of any changes.
